Director: John Hrones - John has been the Director of the Needham Track Club for 30 years. The flagship Summer Program has enrolled 250-600 children age 3-14 over those years. John has organized nearly 100 track meets at the local and regional level. The Cross Country and Indoor Track programs started in 2011, and the Spring program in 2014. John is a certified USATF Level 1 Coach.

Head Coach: Peter Farlow -
Peter is a University of Massachusetts graduate and Needham High School alumnus, where he broke records and excelled in the hurdles, 200, and 400. He has coaches NTC Summer seasons for 6 years as well as NTC Winter Track. He is a certified USATF Level 1 Coach.

Senior Coach: Maggie Fox - Maggie has been head cross country coach at Newton Country Day School for 6 years and senior coach at Northeast Kingdom Running Camp for 4 years. She is on the Board of the GBTC and USATF-NE. Maggie is a certified USATF Level 1 Coach and has NFHS and US Sports/NIKE coaching certifications.

Senior Coach: Lou Pearlman - Lou was formerly an all-state Cross Country and track runner. He has coached boys and girls cross country and track at the youth and high school level for over 30 years. Lou has been a Pollard Middle School track coach and is a certified USATF Level 1 Coach.

Senior Coach: Jack Strollo - Jack is a Virginia Tech senior and alumni of Needham High School. He is primarily a 400m and 200m sprinter, but he also competed at a Division 1 level in the relay events. He has a strong knowledge base of jumping and throwing events as well. With 8 years of experience competing and 6 years coaching, Jack is prepared to help bring young athletes to the next level.
